Every applicant to Rogers Academy of Beauty must meet the following requirements for admission into our programs:

• A completed student information form.
• Minimum of 16 years of age.
• A copy of high school diploma, GED, transcripts with a minimum of 10 credits ( two credits in English), or (as of August 6, 2016) proof of 18 years of age or older.
• Valid Picture ID (Drivers license, State ID, Military ID, or Passport).
• Social Security Card.
• Arizona Drivers License, Birth certificate or passport for proof of citizenship.
• Payment of $100.00 for application fee (non-refundable).
• A completed Enrollment Agreement.
